Examples of Defined Region in a sentence

  • Customer or any Affiliate located in the same Defined Region may order upgrade Licenses or Online Services using the authorization number provided by Microsoft.

  • If Institution discontinues its relationship with a reseller, Institution must choose a replacement reseller in Institution’s Defined Region.

  • Institution may sublicense its Licenses for Products to any Affiliates located in Institution’s Defined Region, but Affiliates may not sublicense these rights and their use must be consistent with the terms contained in this agreement.

  • Customer may also order licenses for its Affiliates’ existing Desktops that require licenses, provided such Affiliates are organized and operated under the laws of a country within the Customer’s Defined Region.

  • Institution must choose and maintain a reseller authorized in Institution’s Defined Region.
