Defined Peril definition

Defined Peril means fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft or other aerial devices or articles dropped therefrom, riot, civil commotion, strikers, locked out workers, persons taking part in labour disturbances, earthquake, subterranean fire, storm (where the applicable cover section is operative), Impact by any animal or vehicle or goods falling therefrom.
