Defined Peril definition

Defined Peril means fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft or other aerial devices or articles dropped therefrom, riot, civil commotion, strikers, locked out workers, persons taking part in labour disturbances, earthquake, subterranean fire, storm (where the applicable cover section is operative), Impact by any animal or vehicle or goods falling therefrom.

  • The Company shall not indemnify the Insured against any loss caused directly by or consisting of acts of fraud or dishonesty on the part of the Insured or any partner, director or Employee of the Insured, members of their families or any other person to whom Property Insured has been entrusted but this shall not exclude such loss not otherwise excluded which itself results from a Defined Peril.
