Defined Compensation definition

Defined Compensation means any non-discretionary compensation payable to an Eligible Participant, as evidenced by a written contract between the Corporation and Eligible Participant;

Examples of Defined Compensation in a sentence

  • An employee in a regular or limited-term position may, at his or her request, participate in the County's Section 457(b) Defined Compensation Plan.

  • Nothing paid to Executive under any plan or arrangement presently in effect or made available in the future shall be deemed to be in lieu of the Base Salary or Defined Compensation payable to Executive pursuant to subsection (a) of this Section.
