Defined Benefit Arrangements definition
Defined Benefit Arrangements means the Retirement Plan, the benefits provided under Articles 5 hereof and 6 hereof, and such other plans, arrangements and benefits, if any, as may be designated as “Defined Benefit Arrangements” in an appendix hereto.
Defined Benefit Arrangements means those retirement benefit arrangements of the Group listed in Part I of Schedule 14.
