Deficit hours definition

Deficit hours means the number of hours below 100 hours that the beneficiary did not participant in community engagement activities.
Deficit hours means the number of hours that represents the difference between the 100 hour per calendar month community engagement requirement and the actual number of hours per calendar month that the beneficiary participated in a qualifying community engagement activity.

  • Deficit Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(e).

  • Deficit means an excess of liabilities and reserves of a fund over its assets.

  • On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Date means the date occurring ten (10) Business Days after the date on which the Borrower’s (or Parent Company’s) annual audited financial statements are required to be delivered pursuant to Section 9.01(b) (or Section 9.01(c)) (commencing with respect to the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021).
