Deficiency Letter definition

Deficiency Letter means a letter of the Claims Administrator advising the Claimant of any deficiencies in their Claim Package. The Deficiency Letter is to be sent within ten (10) days of receipt of the Claimant’s Claim Package.
Deficiency Letter means the Notice of Deficiency, dated April 15, 2011, from the Internal Revenue Service to Five Star Products, Inc. & Subsidiaries asserting deficiences in corporate income taxes for tax years 2007 and 2008 in the total amount of $275,715.

  • If, after inspection, the County does not agree that the Work is complete or believes that the Work is of deficient quality, the County shall send Contractor a Deficiency Letter, stating the specific aspects of the Work that are incomplete and/or deficient.
