DEFFORM 10 definition

DEFFORM 10 is a form which is issued with an Offer of Contract. If the Offer of Contract is accepted, the form should be completed by the Contractor, signed, dated and forwarded to the Commercial Section. No Contract will come into being until the DEFFORM 10 is received by the Commercial Officer shown at Box 1 of DEFFORM 111 to Contract within the specified timescales.
