deferred work definition

deferred work means substituted work that has been approved to be done outside the scheduled time for assessment and includes a written examination, an oral examination, a research paper, written work and an oral presentation;
deferred work means any work in a Deferred Unit that Defendants were obligated to perform under this Consent Decree at the time the Unit became a Deferred Unit or during the time the Unit remained a Deferred Unit.
deferred work means any service, inspection, or repair which the County Project Manager or designee has authorized not to be performed. Deferred work is further discussed in sub-paragraph 5.4.4 (Deferred Work Review) of this SOW.

  • covered work means either the unmodified Program or a work based on the Program.
