Deferred Prepayment Amount definition

Deferred Prepayment Amount means, with respect to any Net Cash Proceeds of any Deferred Prepayment Event, the portion of such Net Cash Proceeds subject to a Deferred Prepayment Notice.

Examples of Deferred Prepayment Amount in a sentence

  • Interest which accrues under this Section 1.03(4), (x) on the Notional Cash Flow Difference Amount and (y) on the Deferred Prepayment Amount, shall be payable as provided in Section 2.03 (A)(c)(vi).

  • As long as the Deferred Prepayment Amount is deposited in the Collateral Account on the date the applicable prepayment is required to be made pursuant to subsection 2.4(A)(iii), Company shall not be required to pay interest pursuant to subsection 2.2E or compensation for breakage pursuant to subsection 2.6D.
