Deferred Maintenance Reserve Amount definition
Deferred Maintenance Reserve Amount means, with respect to the Real Property Asset, a funded reserve for completion of deferred maintenance items at the Real Property Asset in amounts reasonably determined by Lender based on an Engineering Report for the Real Property Asset, which amounts and descriptions of such deferred maintenance items are set forth on Schedule 1 as such schedule may be amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time.
