Deferred Maintenance Item definition
Deferred Maintenance Item means the deferral of a defect on an item for a specified period of time or number of aircraft-driven events (e.g. cycles).

To the extent any of Tenant’s repairs, maintenance or Alterations (as defined below), including any Required Improvement or Deferred Maintenance Item, require the abatement, removal, disposal or encapsulation of asbestos containing materials (“ACM”) at the Facility, Landlord shall bear all costs and expenses relating to such ACM (and Tenant shall have no obligation to pay the Annual Yield on such amount).
Funds shall be disbursed by Landlord from the Repair Reserve upon presentation by Tenant of reasonable evidence of correction of a Deferred Maintenance Item and reasonable evidence of costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith.
