Deferred Commitment Fees definition

Deferred Commitment Fees. As defined in Section 2.8 of this Agreement. "Development Loan Budget": The Development Loan Budget for the Project, which as of the Effective Date is attached to this Agreement as Schedule 1.2, as such document may be revised from time to time solely in accordance with Section 5.1(k) of this Agreement, and which sets forth the budgeted costs and expenses and the anticipated dates of Advances for the further development of the Project from the Effective Date until the Date Certain.
Deferred Commitment Fees means refundable and non-refundable fees paid by consumers to the Company and its Subsidiaries for mortgages not yet closed with the dollar amount of such fees set forth as "Deferred Commitment Fees" set forth in the consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Subsidiaries as of the most recent Applicable Financial Test Date, prepared in accordance with GAAP.
Deferred Commitment Fees means the dollar amount shown as "Deferred Commitment Fees" on the balance sheet of the Company as of the Applicable Financial Test Date delivered by the Company pursuant to Paragraph 9(a)(2) of the Agreement.
