Except as provided for in Schedule 7.2.d, Defense and Cost Containment Expenses shall not include any part of the salaries of employees of PRS, its overhead, ordinary travel expenses, or other normal or ordinary costs incurred in connection with the services provided under this Agreement or its business as a whole except where indicated as exceptions.
