Defective Unit definition

Defective Unit means Products returned from Company's customers that do not meet specification due to assembly processing problems. Reference Section 2.2(b).
Defective Unit means a refrigeration unit that does not have any gas pressure in the cooling circuit.
Defective Unit means a Product purchased by the Ordering Activity which has ceased to operate in accordance with Fortinet's Product Documentation.

Examples of Defective Unit in a sentence

  • Contractor's sole responsibility and liability as a result of any such defect shall be to provide compensation to Company for the amount charged to Company for each Defective Unit.

  • Those units indicating a defect due to assembly processing (Defective Unit) will be transmitted to Contractor (material review board) for confirmation of failure analysis at Contractor's expense and corrective action by the Contractor.
