Defective Device definition

Defective Device means a Device which does not comply with the Delivery Specifications, the requirements of this QAA, which has not been manufactured in accordance with the Applicable Law or which is not fit for the purpose intended by this QAA.

  • A meeting betwe en the Union and the Office of Collective Bargaining will be held within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the arbitration demand for the purpose of scheduling mediation.

  • You are responsible for removing any such accessories from the Defective Device.

  • You must use the prepaid return shipping label to return the Defective Device for which you received an Exchange Device and are requesting warranty service.

  • You must return the Defective Device to Lenovo within 15 days from the date you receive the Exchange Device (“Return Period”).

  • You will need to return your Defective Device within 15 days from the date you received the Exchange Device.

  • Upon receipt of the return authorization number, You shall arrange to have the Defective Device returned to FlexProtect (Note: You are responsible for shipping charges to the returns center).

Related to Defective Device

  • Defective Product has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Nonconformance as used in this clause means a condition of any hardware, software, material, or service/workmanship in which one or more characteristics do not conform to requirements.

  • Protective device means an individually fabricated mechanical device or physical barrier, the use of which is incorporated in the individualized written plan of service.   • Assistive device means any item, piece of equipment, or product system which is used to increase, maintain, or improve the functional capabilities of an individual with a disability in the workplace or on the job. “Assistive device” does not mean any medical device, surgical device, or organ implanted or transplanted into or attached directly to an individual. “Assistive device” does not include any device for which a certificate of title is issued by the state department of transportation, but does include any item, piece of equipment, or product system otherwise meeting the definition of “assistive device” that is incorporated, attached, or included as a modification in or to such a device issued a certificate of title. “Business entity” means partnership, limited liability company, S corporation, estate or trust, where
