Defect Report definition

Defect Report means a report of Defects compiled by the Developer as described in sub-Clause 6.3;
Defect Report means a report of Defects compiled by the Host as described in sub-Clause 4.4.
Defect Report means a report of Defects compiled by Bluesword Ltd as described in sub-Clause 6.4;

  • The Contractor will submit an FAA Form 8010-4, Malfunction or Defect Report, or file electronically in the FAA’s Service Difficulty Reporting (SDR) system any maintenance deficiency identified in 14 CFR Part 21.3(c), 135.415, 135.417 or as requested by the government for what it considers a significant discrepancy.

  • Repairs will be requested by contractors on a Defect Report and carried out promptly.

  • Where the Contractor and an Authorised Demander cannot reach agreement on a Defect Report, it shall be forwarded to the Commercial Manager for arbitration.

  • A Defect Report (DR) will be raised by the Receipting unit or the Authorised Demander and forwarded for action to the Contractor as a result of an Article or Service failing to meet its specified requirements.

  • For items covered under 14 CFR 135.415, the Contractor shall furnish the CO with a completed copy of FAA Form 8010-4, Malfunction or Defect Report, or a Helicopter Association International (HAI) Maintenance Malfunction/Information Reporting Form 9 (as applicable).

  • The Contractor shall complete and return Part 2 of the Defect Report within 3 Working Days of receipt.

  • Major defects are to be reported to the Fleet Manager using the Defect Report at Annex A to Ch 3.

Related to Defect Report

  • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • Defect Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

  • Environmental Defect Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(a).

  • Detailed Project Report or ‘‘DPR’’ means the detailed project report relating to Station Development Project and Redevelopment Project attached hereto;

  • Environmental Defect means, with respect to any given Asset, a material violation of Environmental Laws in effect as of the Effective Time in the jurisdiction in which such Asset is located.

  • Title Defect Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(a).

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • Title Defect as used herein shall mean any encumbrance, encroachment, irregularity, defect in or objection to Seller’s title to the Interests (excluding Permitted Encumbrances), that alone or in combination with other defects renders Seller’s title to the Interests or part thereof less than Defensible Title.

  • Environmental Defect Value means, with respect to any Environmental Defect, the value, as of the Closing Date, of the estimated costs and expenses to correct such Environmental Defect in the most cost-effective manner reasonably available, consistent with Environmental Laws, taking into account that non-permanent remedies (such as mechanisms to contain or stabilize hazardous materials, including monitoring site conditions, natural attenuation, risk-based corrective action, institutional controls or other appropriate restrictions on the use of property, caps, dikes, encapsulation, leachate collection systems, etc.) may be the most cost-effective manner reasonably available.

  • Condition Report means a condition report with respect to a Group III Vehicle, signed and dated by a Lessee or a Franchisee and any Manufacturer or its agent in accordance with the applicable Vehicle Disposition Program.

  • Title Defect Amount means the amount by which the Allocated Value of the Title Defect Property affected by such Title Defect is reduced as a result of the existence of such Title Defect and shall be determined in accordance with the following methodology, terms and conditions:

  • Exception Report As defined in the Custodial Agreement.

  • Feasibility Report means a detailed written report of the results of a comprehensive study on the economic feasibility of placing the Property or a portion thereof into Commercial Production and shall include a reasonable assessment of the mineral ore reserves and their amenability to metallurgical treatment, a description of the work, equipment and supplies required to bring the Property or a portion thereof into Commercial Production and the estimated cost thereof, a description of the mining methods to be employed and a financial appraisal of the proposed operations supported by an explanation of the data used therein;

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

  • Title Defect Property has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).

  • Title Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).

  • Title Defects has the meaning set forth in Section 5.15(b).

  • Material Defect As defined in Section 2.02(c) hereof.

  • MERS Report The report from the MERS System listing MERS Designated Mortgage Loans and other information.

  • Property Condition Report means a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Environmental impact statement means a detailed written statement as required by section 102(2)(C) of the Act.

  • Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Claim Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6(a).
