Defect ratio definition
Defect ratio means the ratio expressed as a percentage between the defective and non- compliant Goods pursuant to Art. 6 and the total number of Goods delivered by the Supplier to Fornaroli Polymers in implementation of the Purchase Order to which the defective and non-compliant Goods refer.
