Defaulted Receivables Event has the meaning set forth in Section 5(d) hereof.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 5(d) or otherwise, the occurrence of a Defaulted Receivables Event shall not limit Seller’s obligations under Section 5(a) or 5(b) above.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Clause 7.3 or otherwise, the occurrence of a Defaulted Receivables Event shall not limit the Sellers’ obligations under Clause 7.1 above or Clause 8 below.
