Default Sales Service definition

Default Sales Service or “DSS” means a Commission-regulated sales service provided by Columbia to: (1) Transition Customers, (2) those customers not eligible to participate in the CHOICE program or a Governmental Aggregation Program, and,
Default Sales Service or “DSS” means the sales service provided by CenterPoint to certain residential and general service customers pursuant to its Tariff.

  • Customers at those premises will be enrolled in SCO if they meet the following SCO eligible criteria: • Uses < 150,000 Ccf/year • Is not 35 days past due and owe more than $100 • Is not past due on a payment arrangement • Is not enrolled in Choice • Is not a PIPP customer • Those customers that are not eligible for SCO will be assigned to the Default Sales Service Rate Schedule.

  • VEDO’s aggregate sales (SCO) and Default Sales Service customer load will be initially divided into nine (9) tranches of similar size and composition.

Related to Default Sales Service

  • Default under Specified Transaction provisions of Section 5(a)(v) will not apply to Party A and will not apply to Party B.

  • Default Supplier means a Retailer appointed by EDTI pursuant to section 3 of the RRR Regulation;

  • Load Reduction Event means a reduction in demand by a Member or Special Member for the purpose of participating in the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • Default Event means an event or circumstance which leads Operator to determine that a Venue User is or appears to be unable or likely to become unable to meet its obligations in respect of an Order or Transaction or to comply with any other obligation under an Agreement or Applicable Law.

  • Availability Termination Date the earlier of (i) the date that is the seventh anniversary of the Closing Date and (ii) the date on which the Administrative Agent delivers to the Servicer a notice of termination as a result of a Termination Event in accordance herewith (or the date on which such termination becomes effective automatically pursuant to Section 7).

  • Commitment Termination Event means the earlier of (a) automatically and without notice or further action, the occurrence of any Event of Default described in Section 7.01(i) (Bankruptcy, Insolvency, etc.) with respect to the Borrower and (b) the occurrence and continuation of any other Event of Default under this Agreement pursuant to which either a Commitment Termination Event has been expressly declared or a declaration of the Loan to be due and payable has been given, in each case pursuant to Section 7.03 (Action if other Event of Default).

  • Customer Default shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;

  • Accelerated Borrowing Base Delivery Event means either (i) the occurrence and continuance of any Event of Default, or (ii) the failure, for a period of at least three (3) consecutive Business Days, of the Borrowers to maintain Availability at least equal to the greater of (a) fifteen percent (15%) of the Loan Cap, or (b) $9,750,000.00. For purposes of this Agreement, the occurrence of an Accelerated Borrowing Base Delivery Event shall be deemed continuing (i) so long as such Event of Default has not been waived, and/or (ii) if the Accelerated Borrowing Base Delivery Event arises as a result of the Borrowers’ failure to achieve Availability as required hereunder, until Availability has exceeded the greater of (x) fifteen percent (15%) of the Loan Cap, or (y) $9,750,000.00 for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days, in which case an Accelerated Borrowing Base Delivery Event shall no longer be deemed to be continuing for purposes of this Agreement. The termination of an Accelerated Borrowing Base Delivery Event as provided herein shall in no way limit, waive or delay the occurrence of a subsequent Accelerated Borrowing Base Delivery Event in the event that the conditions set forth in this definition again arise.

  • Benchmark Transition Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events with respect to the then-current Benchmark:

  • Notice Event means any of the events enumerated in paragraph (b)(5)(i)(C) of the Rule and listed in Section 4(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.

  • Company Termination Event means any of the following:

  • Event Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.2 hereof.

  • Delay Event means any event set out at Clause 5.19.4 [Delay Events].

  • Exercise Termination Event (i) the Effective Time (as defined in the Merger Agreement) of the Merger; (ii) termination of the Merger Agreement in accordance with the provisions thereof if such termination occurs prior to the occurrence of an Initial Triggering Event, except a termination by Grantee pursuant to Section 8.1(d) of the Merger Agreement (unless the breach by Issuer giving rise to such right of termination is non-volitional); or (iii) the passage of 12 months after termination of the Merger Agreement if such termination follows the occurrence of an Initial Triggering Event or is a termination by Grantee pursuant to Section 8.1(d) of the Merger Agreement (unless the breach by Issuer giving rise to such right of termination is non-volitional) (provided that if an Initial Triggering Event continues or occurs beyond such termination and prior to the passage of such 12-month period, the Exercise Termination Event shall be 12 months from the expiration of the Last Triggering Event but in no event more than 18 months after such termination). The "Last Triggering Event" shall mean the last Initial Triggering Event to expire. The term "Holder" shall mean the holder or holders of the Option.

  • Liquidity Event means a Change of Control or an IPO.

  • Unmatured Termination Event means an event that, with the giving of notice or lapse of time, or both, would constitute a Termination Event.
