Default Recognition Date definition
Default Recognition Date means the last day of each calendar month; provided, however, that with respect to any Monthly Period the "related Default Recognition Date" shall mean the Default Recognition Date occurring closest to the last day of such Monthly Period and any amounts allocated or applied on such Default Recognition Date shall be deemed to apply to the related Monthly Period.
