Default Discount Rate definition

Default Discount Rate means the Discount Rate less 300 basis points.

More Definitions of Default Discount Rate

Default Discount Rate shall be the average of discount rates of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in effect on the first day of each of the six calendar months preceding the month in which the Judgment Date falls, plus one percent (1%). If Tenant has abandoned the Premises, Landlord shall have the option of (i) retaking possession of the Premises and recovering from Tenant the amount specified in this Section 10.03A, or (ii) proceeding under Section 10.03B.

  • BA Discount Rate means:

  • Discount Rate means the rate used by the Plan Administrator for determining the Accrual Balance. The initial Discount Rate is six percent (6%). However, the Plan Administrator, in its discretion, may adjust the Discount Rate to maintain the rate within reasonable standards according to GAAP and/or applicable bank regulatory guidance.

"PREPAYMENT RATE DETERMINATION DATE" shall mean the date which is five (5) Business Days prior to the prepayment date.
