Default by GE definition
Default by GE means a material breach by GE of any term or condition of this Agreement or material breach of any agreement by which GE is bound in connection with a Transaction.
Examples of Default by GE in a sentence
Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default by GE, all of Keyholder’s obligations under this Agreement shall terminate, except Keyholder shall be required to return the Equipment and all software media provided by GE which remains in Keyholder’s possession; to delete all Software from all of Keyholder’s personal computers and PDA/Phones; and to pay GE any outstanding amounts owed under this Agreement, including any applicable liquidated damages for the failure to return the Equipment.
An Event of Default by GE under this Agreement will occur upon the termination for any reason of the Master Agreement.
