Default bonds definition

Default bonds means Non-Convertible Debentures/bonds, which are under default, either fully or partly, in the repayment of principal on maturity or principal instalment in the case of amortising bond.

Related to Default bonds

  • Default means any event or condition that constitutes an Event of Default or that, with the giving of any notice, the passage of time, or both, would be an Event of Default.

  • Event of Default has the meaning specified in Section 8.01.

  • Maturity Date means March 15, 2026.

  • Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Payment Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Payment Date.

  • Interest Payment Date when used with respect to any Security, means the Stated Maturity of an installment of interest on such Security.
