Deemed Transactions definition
Deemed Transactions shall consist of a portfolio of hypothetical over-the-counter fixed-for-floating swap transactions under which the Borrower (and its Restricted Subsidiaries) are, on a net volume basis, the “floating price” payor (or has an equivalent position) and which have the net volumes and fixed prices and relate to the delivery periods in Columns I, II, III and IV of Schedule 1.1(e).
Deemed Transactions shall have the meaning provided in Section 14.7.
