Deemed Floored definition

Deemed Floored means, with respect to each New Vehicle, the date a New Vehicle Floorplan Borrowing is deemed to be made by a New Vehicle Floorplan Lender, including the New Vehicle Swing Line Lender, under the New Vehicle Floorplan Facility.
Deemed Floored means with respect to a Motor Vehicle, the earlier of (a) the date a Floor Plan Loan Borrowing is deemed by the Floor Plan Agent, in its sole discretion, to be advanced by the Floor Plan Agent, or (b) thirty (30) days after an advance is made on a Floor Plan Loan with respect to such Motor Vehicle.
Deemed Floored means, (i) with respect to each New Vehicle, the date the initial New Vehicle Floorplan Borrowing is deemed to be made with respect to such New Vehicle by a New Vehicle Floorplan Lender, including the New Vehicle Swing Line Lender, under the New Vehicle Floorplan Facility and (ii) with respect to each Used Vehicle, the date the initial Used Vehicle Floorplan Borrowing is deemed to be made with respect to such Used Vehicle by a Used Vehicle Floorplan Lender, including the Used Vehicle Swing Line Lender, under the Used Vehicle Floorplan Facility.

Deemed Floored means, (i) with respect to each New Vehicle, the date the initial New Vehicle Floorplan Borrowing is deemed to be made with respect to such New Vehicle by a New Vehicle Floorplan Lender, including the New Vehicle Swing Line Lender, under the New Vehicle Floorplan Facility and (ii) with respect to each Used Vehicle, the date the initial Used Vehicle Floorplan Borrowing is deemed to be made with respect to such Used Vehicle by a Used Vehicle Floorplan Lender, including the Used Vehicle Swing Line Lender, under the Used Vehicle Floorplan Facility. Used Vehicles financed as of the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date after giving effect to Amendment No. 2 shall be “Deemed Floored” as of the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date.
Deemed Floored means with respect to a Motor Vehicle, the date a Floor Plan Loan Borrowing is advanced by the Floor Plan Agent for such Motor Vehicle.

  • Lowest floor means the lowest floor of the lowest enclosed area (including basement). An unfinished or flood resistant enclosure, usable solely for parking of vehicles, building access, or limited storage in an area other than a basement area is not considered a building's lowest floor, provided that such an enclosure is not built so as to render the structure in violation of the applicable non-elevation design requirements of this ordinance.

  • Ground floor means a floor of a building with a building entrance on an accessible route. A building may have more than one ground floor.

  • SOFR Floor means a rate of interest per annum equal to zero basis points (0.00%).

  • Dried flower means all dead cannabis that has been harvested, dried, cured, or otherwise processed, excluding leaves and stems.

  • Yard means the land other than publicly owned land around or appurtenant to the whole or any part of a residential or non-residential property and used or capable of being used in connection with the property.

  • Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Elevator means any hoisting or lowering device to connect floors or landings, whether or not in service, and all appliances pertaining to the elevator, including any car, platform, shaft, hoistway, stairway, runway, power equipment and machinery; THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Driveway means a vehicle access route between the carriageway of a road and a use on a parcel;

  • Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.

  • Total Floor Area means, the sum total of the total areas of all floors in a building or structure whether at above or below grade measured between the exterior faces of the exterior walls of the building or structure or from the centre line of a common wall separating two uses or from the outside edge of a floor where the outside edge of the floor does not meet an exterior or common wall, and;

  • the trunk road means the A590 Trunk Road;

  • Walkway means a paved or unpaved trail or pathway or a structure constructed of wood or other material that is neces- sary due to the difficulty of the terrain for access to the river.

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Firewood means wood cut to lengths less than four feet long. This includes firewood cut for personal use.

  • Excavator means any person performing excavation or blasting.

  • Gross Floor Area means the total floor area, measured between the outside of exterior walls or between the outside of exterior walls and the centre line of party walls dividing the building from another building, of all floors above the average level of finished ground adjoining the building at its exterior walls;

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • CABS means the Carrier Access Billing System.
