Deed to NYSEG definition

Deed to NYSEG means a deed in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Issuer, the Company and NYSEG pursuant to which the Issuer shall convey all of its right, title and interest in the NYSEG Fee Premises to NYSEG.
