The Contractor will immediately notify DEDO in writing if at any time it learns that it failed to disclose that it or any of its principals were excluded at the time the parties executed this Agreement, or if due to changed circumstances the Contractor or any of its principals have subsequently been excluded by a federal agency.
The Contractor’s performance may be reviewed monthly, or more often, by the appropriate operational unit at DEDO which has program management responsibility.
Contractors using radio or television announcements, newspaper advertisements, press releases, pamphlets, mail campaigns, or any other marketing methods funded by DEDO or publicizing activities funded by DEDO shall first receive approval from DEDO.

The Contractor will provide DEDO with records and reports as further detailed in Exhibits A and B.
All reviews shall be conducted in accordance with internal DEDO procedures.
Contractors may not charge participants a fee for the placement of that Participant into an DEDO training or employment program.
