Dedicated Team definition

Dedicated Team means no less than the following Digital River personnel: [*] software development engineers; [*] web developer(s) (Creative and site design); [*] project manager(s); [*] business analyst(s); and [*] Q&A engineer(s), but in any event no fewer people than are required in order to provide the services required by the Dedicated Team pursuant to this Agreement.

Dedicated Team. $275,000 per annum The current WMSS Dedicated Team consists of 1.5 programmers, .5 system manager and .5 BSA for a fee of $275,000.00 annually. WMSS may reduce the staffing of the Dedicated Team by 1 programmer upon 90 days prior written notice. In the event WMSS so reduces the staffing of the Dedicated Team the annual rate shall be reduced to $175,000 per annum. Following such reduction in staffing, WMSS may increase the staffing level to the original deployment stated above upon 120 days written notice to PFPC at which point the per annum fee shall revert to the original fee described above. WMSS may discontinue deployment of a Dedicated Team at any time upon 90 days written notice to PFPC.   • Digital River will be responsible for all costs and fees related to the Dedicated Team.

  • Digital River will make changes requested by Symantec via the Dedicated Team and through a SOW, in order to accommodate the ability for agents to place orders.

  • To the extent Symantec requires work by the Dedicated Team in excess of the Dedicated Team Hours, Symantec will request such work in writing, and will pay the Consulting Rate, which is defined as * per hour in the Agreement, for all such work.
