Dedicated Section(s) shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.2 (Facilities) of this Agreement.

T-Mobile and its employees, representatives and agents shall have the rights to access the Dedicated Sections at all times during the Term, at T-Mobile’s discretion, with or without advance notice to Provider, provided that T-Mobile’s access shall be subject to the Safeguards provided herein.
