Dedicated Sales Force definition

Dedicated Sales Force means a Roche sales force promoting F1CDx that (i) does not promote, and is prohibited from promoting, any oncology therapeutics and (ii) is not directly, on an individual basis or on a Roche sales force promoting F1CDx basis, compensated or financially incentivized by sales of oncology therapeutics.
Dedicated Sales Force means all those sales persons employed by PCH and engaged solely in the sale of the Products.
Dedicated Sales Force means such employees of MGI as have been assigned to the promotion and Detailing of the Product. The number of MGI employees that constitute the Dedicated Sales Force, including their distribution throughout the Territory, as of the Effective Date is further described in Exhibit A attached hereto. MGI retains the right to change the number and distribution of its Dedicated Sales Force needed, due to business conditions and/or position vacancies, and it will inform P&U of any material changes in the composition thereof.
