Dedicated Sales Force definition

Dedicated Sales Force means a Roche sales force promoting F1CDx that (i) does not promote, and is prohibited from promoting, any oncology therapeutics and (ii) is not directly, on an individual basis or on a Roche sales force promoting F1CDx basis, compensated or financially incentivized by sales of oncology therapeutics.
Dedicated Sales Force means all those sales persons employed by PCH and engaged solely in the sale of the Products.
Dedicated Sales Force means such employees of MGI as have been assigned to the promotion and Detailing of the Product. The number of MGI employees that constitute the Dedicated Sales Force, including their distribution throughout the Territory, as of the Effective Date is further described in Exhibit A attached hereto. MGI retains the right to change the number and distribution of its Dedicated Sales Force needed, due to business conditions and/or position vacancies, and it will inform P&U of any material changes in the composition thereof.

Examples of Dedicated Sales Force in a sentence

  • To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, Roche’s sales and commercial representatives who promote Roche therapeutics shall be permitted to promote F1CDx, provided, for the avoidance of doubt, that this shall not relieve Roche of its obligation to maintain a Dedicated Sales Force as provided herein.

  • The amount set forth in the preceding sentence assumes that the Indevus Dedicated Sales Force contains at least [*] Representatives.

  • For each Calendar Year, the Marketing Committee shall determine by October 1 of the immediately preceding Calendar Year (using Commercially Reasonable Efforts to secure information prior to the anticipated Launch Date for the Launch Period) the specific Target Prescribers for Product and the allocation between Indevus and Odyssey of such Target Prescribers; provided, however, that the Target Prescribers for the Indevus Dedicated Sales Force shall be the High Potential Target Prescribers.

  • For each Calendar Year, Saturn shall review with the Marketing Committee by October 1 of the immediately preceding Calendar Year the specific Target Prescribers for the Product and the planned copromotion coverage by Saturn and Indevus, provided, however, that (i) the Target Prescribers for the Indevus Dedicated Sales Force shall be the Indevus Target Prescribers; and (ii) Saturn may also conduct Details to the Indevus Target Prescribers.

  • Such payment shall be reduced on a proportional basis in the event that the Indevus Dedicated Sales Force contains less than [*] Representatives as a result of an adjustment under Section 5.2(c).

  • During each of the first three Royalty Years, Odyssey shall pay Indevus, as sales force reimbursement for the Indevus Dedicated Sales Force, an amount aggregating US$[*], payable monthly in accordance with Section 6.5 (c), subject to industry standard cost-of living increases.

  • If at any time during the first three Royalty Years, the Indevus Dedicated Sales Force agrees to detail any product other than Product at the request of Odyssey, other than in the primary position, the amount payable by Odyssey to Indevus under this Section 6.4 (c) shall increase to no more than US$[*], subject to industry standard cost-of living increases.
