Dedicated Facility means a facility (or facilities) listed in Schedule 3 that are designated by Port of Melbourne as the Dedicated Facility for the purposes of the Application.

Dedicated Facility means the manufacturing facility to be built by ISIS for the purposes of manufacturing the API in satisfaction of the Supply Agreement.
