Dedicated Access definition

Dedicated Access means a connection between two points through a dedicated line.
Dedicated Access means a network access/egress method using dedicated lines between a Contact Center Location and the Orange Voice Network. Both inbound and outbound traffic can be carried through this Dedicated Access. Depending on Customer’s preference, either Orange or Customer may procure the Dedicated Access from the TO.
Dedicated Access means access between a customer’s premises and the point of presence of the Company’s underlying carrier.

  • The Company will waive the monthly recurring charges per service group for Inbound Voice Service using Dedicated Access Line terminations and the monthly recurring charges per service group for Inbound Voice Service using Business Line terminations.

  • The Company will waive the Customer’s monthly recurring Access Coordination and Central Office Connection Charges for Dedicated Access Service.

  • If Customer orders circuits within the CLLI codes that are located at an address other than the aforementioned address, Company reserves the right to increase the monthly recurring charge for the DS-3 Dedicated Access Service via a subsequent amendment to the SOF.

  • Company will waive the applicable Access Coordination (“AC”) and Central Office Connection (“COC”) charges for Dedicated Access Service under this Agreement.

  • PSI must provide NNRP access to the IXC Dedicated Access Internet Service customer for up to 25 newsreader clients.

  • Data Services: Customer will pay the following range of monthly recurring charges for Dedicated Access Services local loop charges based on Circuit Type: $135 to $200.

  • Restricted Access Area means a building, room, or other contiguous area on the premises where plant material is grown, cultivated, harvested, stored, packaged, or processed for sale under control of the manufacturer, and where no person under the age of 18 is permitted.

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Limited access area means a building, room, or other contiguous area upon the Licensed Premises where Retail Marijuana is grown, cultivated, stored, weighed, packaged, sold, or processed for sale, under control of the Licensee.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.
