ded Claims means any dispute, claim or action con infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or those of our licensors, and all such Excluded Claims shall be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH PARTY KNOWINGLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREES TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO HAVE A JURY PARTICIPATE IN THE RESOLUTION OF ANY EXCLUDED CLAIM.
