Decommissioning Start Date means the date estimated in the DWMP for the start of decommissioning of the Site;

The Operator may, from time to time, not more than once in each rolling five (5) year period and up to but excluding the date falling three (3) years before the Decommissioning Start Date, propose updates to the Assumed Disposal Schedule to the Secretary of State.
