The NRC Decommissioning Plans include detailed plans in anticipation of undertaking Decommissioning Work and cover all aspects of the Decommissioning Work, including Site Restoration and other activities beyond the jurisdiction of the NRC, and excluding only the non-radiological Decommissioning Work associated with the Edison Switchyard, the Edison Facilities, the San Diego Switchyard, the San Diego Facilities, and the Interconnection Facilities.
