Decommissioning Phase definition

Decommissioning Phase means the period during which the authorised development is decommissioned following permanent cessation of operation of the authorised development;
Decommissioning Phase means the period from the Termination Date until the date on which decommissioning and restoration has been completed by the Developer pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Part 1 of the Schedule;
Decommissioning Phase means the period from and including the date that the "Decommissioning and Waste Funding Principles"

  • During the Decommissioning Phase, Lessee will remove all above-ground Wind Power Facilities from the Land to a depth of thirty-six (36) inches, exclusive of any continuing right established pursuant to this Lease to survive the Term, and restore the soil surface to a condition reasonably similar to its original condition.
