Decommissioning Event definition
Decommissioning Event means the permanent decommissioning and retiring from commercial service of Unit 2.

During the Wind-Down Period, except as otherwise set forth in the Wind-Down Plan, the Agent shall continue to perform its duties and obligations as Agent (consistent with the Wind-Down Plan) under this Agreement at the same level at which such duties and obligations were performed prior to the Brand Decommissioning Event, and the Agent shall cooperate in good faith with Monsanto in executing the Wind-Down Plan as set forth in Section 10.9(b).
