Declining Balance Method definition

Declining Balance Method means a method to determine the amount of each of a series of periodic distributions in which each distribution is a fraction of the amount available on the distribution date. The numerator of the fraction shall be one and the denominator shall be the remaining number of unpaid periodic distributions at each distribution date (including the distribution to be made on that date).
