Declaration Register means the written record at a Client Site of any item(s) which a visitor to the Site declares to have on his/her person, including laptops and cell phones, prior to being permitted access to the premises;

Related to Declaration Register

  • Loan Register The meaning specified in Section 5.3(k).

  • Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.

  • Unit Register means the register of the Partnership for the registration and transfer of Limited Partnership Interests as provided in Section 4.5.

  • Trust Register and “Trust Registrar” have the meanings stated in Section 3.2 of the Trust Agreement.

  • Non-Registered Certificate Unless and until registered under the Securities Act, any Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J, Class K or Residual Certificate.
