Declarant Property definition

Declarant Property means and refer to that certain real property described on Exhibit D.

  • The Declarant desires to amend the presently approved development plan for the 12 PUD Property and the Declarant Property (collectively, the “Subject Property; Exhibit 13 “A”) by creating a single integrated mixed-use community providing for a marina and 14 other amenities.

  • Such insurance may be written by additional premises endorsement on any master policy of insurance carried by Declarant which may cover other property in addition to Declarant Property.

  • Vacant Property – means any land without any improvements thereon;

For purposes of this part, joint property is considered to consist of a present interest and a future interest. The future interest is the right of survivorship.

  • Replacement Property means any property which is placed in service as a replacement for any item of Equipment or any Improvement previously subject to this Fee Agreement regardless of whether such property serves the same functions as the property it is replacing and regardless of whether more than one piece of property replaces any item of Equipment or any Improvement to the fullest extent that the FILOT Act permits.
