Decked vessel definition
Decked vessel means a vessel with a continuous watertight freeboard deck that extends from stem to stern and has positive freeboard throughout, in any condition of loading of the vessel;
Decked vessel means a vessel having a watertight weather deck extending for the entire length of the vessel and which is situated wholly above the waterline in any condition of loading.
