Northern Westchester Roll-Off Gross Revenue Target shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a) of this Agreement.

Eligible production company means that term as defined under section 455 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1455.
Distribution center means a building or structure used primarily for the storage of goods which are intended for subsequent shipment to retail outlets. Distribution center does not mean a building or structure used primarily to store raw agricultural products, used primarily by a manufacturer to store goods to be used in the manufacturing process, used primarily for the storage of petroleum products, or used for the retail sale of goods.
Opium poppy means the plant of the species Papaver somniferum L., except the seeds thereof.
Operating Company Number (OCN) means the numeric Company Code assigned by NECA identifying CLEC as a Resale or UNE provider.
Local school operating revenue per membership pupil means a district’s local school operating revenue divided by the district’s membership excluding special education pupils.
