Decisional Unit definition

Decisional Unit. The organizational unit from which employees were selected for the Program was (1) all U.S. employees of the Company that would directly report to the Chief Executive Officer of Exact Sciences Corporation, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as a result of the Merger, or did directly report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, directly prior to the Merger (the “L1 Employees”), (2) all U.S. employees of the Company that directly report to any of the L1 Employees (the “L2 Employees”), (3) all U.S. employees of the Company’s Tax, Payroll, and Regulatory departments, and (4) the Executive Assistant role and the Senior Fellow, Clinical Economics and Outcomes Research role in the Company’s U.S. Medical department.
Decisional Unit means that portion of IBM’s organizational structure from which IBM made choices about who would be selected for reduction and who would not be selected for reduction.1
Decisional Unit. The class, unit, or group of individuals covered by the program includes all officers who report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (the “Decisional Unit.”) All individuals who are being laid off were selected from this group. All employees in the Decisional Unit who are being offered consideration under a Release agreement and asked to waive claims under the ADEA must sign the agreement and return it to Fluor Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) within 45 days after receiving the waiver agreement, but no sooner than each of their respective Separation Dates, as defined in their agreements. Once the signed Release agreement is returned to the Company, the employee has 7 days to revoke the agreement. The Separation and Release Agreement shall not become effective or enforceable until the revocation period has expired.

Examples of Decisional Unit in a sentence

  • Decisional Unit: All individuals employed by Millennial as of September 3, 2015.

  • The Decisional Unit applicable to the undersigned consists of: Individuals employed by the Company Group in the Senior Leadership Team.

  • Thus, the "Decisional Unit" for this reduction-in-force consists of all employees in the Company.

  • Employees eligible for optional severance payments as detailed in their respective Separation Agreements are those employees in the above described Decisional Unit (l) whose positions are eliminated effective February 15, 2017, as a result of workforce restructuring, (2) who elect not to remain in Papa ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ employ as a result of their position elimination, and (3) who sign the Separation Agreement by the deadline in the Agreement, and do not exercise their revocation right, if applicable.

  • All persons in the Decisional Unit are eligible for this Program.

  • The following is a listing of the ages and job titles of all employees in each Decisional Unit who were and were not selected for termination.

  • There are no other employees in the Decisional Unit who are eligible to obtain these separation benefits.

  • The position titles and ages of those employees in the Decisional Unit whose employment is being terminated and who are being offered Separation Agreement s, and those whose employment is not being terminated and are not being offered Separation Agreements are listed below.
