Decision Making Principle definition
Decision Making Principle means the principle that prior to approving any project, making any decision, or entering any Further Agreement that may affect the Traditional Owner Group’s rights to Natural Resources under this Agreement, the State will obtain the free and informed consent of the Traditional Owner Group through its Representative Structures, in accordance with international law and Article 32(2) of the UNDRIP. Dispute means a dispute relating to the interpretation or operation of this Agreement. Expanded Settlement Package has the same meaning as in the Recognition and Settlement Agreement.
