Decider definition

Decider or “Deciders” means a member of the Panel individually appointed, the Ad Hoc Committee or the Review Committee in charge of the monitoring activity of the Panel, in accordance with the provisions of this Panel Code.

  • The remedies available to a Complainant under any proceedings before the Third-party Decider are limited to requiring the cancellation of the domain name registration or the transfer of the domain name to the Complainant.

  • If the Supporter(s) fail to provide me with an explanation or if I continue to believe that there is reason to believe there is abuse or failure to comply with the desires of the Decider, I understand and agree that I must contact Adult Protective Services to report my concerns.
