Decant Protocol definition

Decant Protocol means the decant protocol set out at Schedule 24; Decant Refusal Event has the meaning given to it in paragraph 8.1 of the Decant Protocol; Deductions where the context so admits either or both of Unavailability Deductions and Performance Deductions; Deemed New Contract an agreement on the same terms and conditions as this Agreement as at the Termination Date, but with the following amendments:

Examples of Decant Protocol in a sentence

  • Removal of empty Crates Following the unpacking of the crates, the School/Authority will make available the empty crates by the date highlighted in the Decant Protocol timetable.

  • The Parties agree to perform their respective obligations under the Decant Protocol.

  • The Move The decant process is to be carried out in accordance with the Decant Protocol timetable.

  • The Contractor shall: provide and install the Approved Contractor Equipment at the Schools; and relocate any Initial Authority Equipment and Legacy ICT Equipment in the Existing Schools to the Schools in accordance with the Decant Protocol.

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and Settlement (including Customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • Kyoto Protocol Means the protocol to the UNFCCC adopted at the third conference of the parties to the UNFCCC in Kyoto, Japan, on December 11, 1997.

  • Cathodic protection tester means a person who can demonstrate an understanding of the principles and measurements of all common types of cathodic protection systems as applied to buried or submerged metal piping and tank systems. At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.

  • Household waste means any solid waste (including garbage, trash, and sanitary waste in septic tanks) derived from households (including single and multiple residences, hotels and motels, bunkhouses, ranger stations, crew quarters, campgrounds, picnic grounds, and day-use recreation areas).

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;
