Decant Facility definition

Decant Facility means a structure, engineered for the receipt of materials generated from the maintenance of stormwater management systems, that facilitates the separation of liquids from solids and the disposal of the liquids to a sanitary sewer, or alternative treatment or re-use system conforming to applicable federal, state, and local regulation. Decant facilities also facilitate the storage, removal, or recycling of solid materials.
