DEC rules definition

DEC rules means any administrative rule or rules, adopted by DEC, governing wastewater facilities, including without limitation the DEC Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator Certification Rule, CVR 12-034-002, as it may from time to time be modified or re-titled.
