DEBTORS DISBURSING AGENT definition
DEBTORS DISBURSING AGENT means the person or persons designated by the Debtors to act as the disbursing agent for the purpose of making the Distributions required under the Plan to CIT on account of the DIP Financing, Holders of Administrative Claims, Priority Tax Claims and Holders of Claims in Classes 1, 2, 3 and 4. The Debtors initially designate Robert L. Berger & Associates, LLC, as the Debtors Disbursing Agent.
