Debtor Order definition

Debtor Order means a written order or request signed in the name of the Debtor by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Collateral Agent.

  • All canceled Notes may be held or disposed of by the Collateral Agent in accordance with its standard retention or disposal policy as in effect at the time unless the Debtor shall timely direct by a Debtor Order that they be destroyed or returned to it; provided that such Debtor Order is timely and the Notes have not been previously disposed of by the Collateral Agent.

  • The Collateral Agent shall, upon receipt of the Debtor Order, authenticate and deliver Notes for original issue in an aggregate principal amount of $500,000,000.
